All of our fully maintained contracts include UK mainland breakdown assistance for the life of the contract, either via our fully comprehensive breakdown cover or the manufacturers when it provides an equivalent level of cover to ensure cost effective contract deployment.
Either way, this supports drivers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our driver help line allowing our customers to rest assured their drivers are taken care of regardless of where and when a problem occurs.
Please note that our non maintained contracts receive only the manufacturer's standard breakdown assistance which can vary in terms of length and service provision from manufacturer to manufacturer. Your account manager will be able to advise you on this accordingly.
