Set near the Bicton Arena in Devon, the Commando Challenge, must rank as one of the most grueling events staged by the Royal Marines for civilians to compete in, all in the name of Charity.
A few lucky members of the corporate team agreed to drag themselves out of bed at 6.00am, run over some of the most inhospitable terrain that mother nature had to chuck at them, crawl through pitch black tunnels, wade through bogs and finish it all off with being dunked in filthy brown water in the “sheep dip” section!
It only leaves us to say a huge thank you to not only all our sponsors – Vision Security Group, Hako Machines, Fleet Alliance, Holdcroft Honda, Bush & co accountants & numerous personal sponsors – but also everyone who attended from the corporate team, collectively helping the company to raise close on £1000.00 for the Devon Air Ambulance & the Royal British Legion.
